LABOUR RELATIONS BILL 2015

The Ministry of Education, Employment and Gender Affairs, along with the Department of Labour and Pensions, has launched public consultation on the Labour Relations Bill, 2015 and National Pensions (Amendment) Bill, 2015. We invite the public to review the Bill and provide feedback by Monday, 31st August 2015.

    Minimum Wage Advisory Committee

    As per Section 21 of the Labour Law (2011 Revision) Cabinet established the Minimum Wage Advisory Committee (MWAC) to carry out the necessary research and recommend a minimum wage or wages for the Cayman Islands.
