Educators’ Conditions of Employment Questionnaire
Our nationwide survey of employment terms & conditions and performance management among education professionals in the government system is underway. Educators have been asked to complete a questionnaire, which is designed to give us a better understanding of the perception among education professionals of their working environment.

The survey is in line with the objectives set out for strategy four of the ten strategies for education reform, which can be viewed in the National Consensus on the Future of Education document. This strategy is concerned with providing high quality dedicated Human Resources support to educators.
It is anticipated that responses to the questionnaire will provide valuable insight for the strategy four taskforce and the Ministry whilst implementing plans which will increase staff retention, decrease turnover, and promote professional development opportunities for teachers.
