Answers to questions from bidders on Tender for Installation of Artificial Turf at Ed Bush Sports Centre & T.E. McField Soccer Field

Invitation to tender states that the following documents are included with the invitation but I cannot find (or they are in an incomplete form) a) Bills of Quantities. b) Abstract of Particulars. c) Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender Documents, d) the required tender return envelope.
The Bills of Quantities, Abstract of Particulars and Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender Documents (items 4, 5 & 6) should be deleted from the Invitation to Tenders. The tender return envelope should be provided by the bidder and addressed as listed on the Form of Tender and clearly marked with the project name across the top of the envelope.
The tender refers to a scope of works but I can only find the “brief scope’ on this site.
The Scope of Works can be found under the section titled Form of Tender.
Bidders are asked to declare that they have seen the drawings, yet they are not on the site.
There are no drawings for this project, but Tenderers are instructed to visit the site?? and inspect the conditions.
The turf “fields” tender only has a total square footage; we would need the dimensions to figure the base work. Also, I would think that elevations should be included in the drawings or scope of works.
The dimension of the area to receive “Artificial turf” is 260 feet wide by 400 feet long. The elevations of the installation is 18 inches above existing grade and sloped 0.5% from centre of field to touch lines.
